At Creativeya.com, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, and that includes ensuring your orders are packaged securely and delivered promptly. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle packaging, delivery guarantees, shipping charges, and tracking.

  1. Packaging:

Your items are carefully packaged in one of two ways:

High Strength Un-tearable Poly Bag: Alternatively, we use high-strength, un-tearable poly bags for packaging. These bags ensure the quality and security of your order. Like the cardboard boxes, we do not reveal product names on the packaging for specific categories.

  1. 7-Days Pan-India Delivery Guarantee:

Though most of the products are delivered in Cities with 2 to 3 days, a ‘7 Days Delivery’ guarantee for pan-India deliveries on most products available on our site. Here’s what you can expect:

Your products will be delivered to your doorstep within 7 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of payment clearance. For orders paid using Credit Card/Net Banking, the guarantee applies after payment verification.

What is not covered in the Guarantee:

Delivery delays due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address, or failure to provide a contact number for delivery.

Delivery to certain areas such as North Eastern states, J&K, remote hill areas, etc., may have longer delivery times due to accessibility challenges, adverse weather conditions, security concerns, and other factors.

This guarantee does not apply to special promotional offers (e.g., Anniversary celebrations, etc.).

In cities dealing with law and order situations, courier delivery might be temporarily affected.

This guarantee is not applicable to products on backorder status.

Note: We currently do not offer delivery services outside the Republic of India.

  1. Shipping Charges:

We may charge a nominal non-refundable fee for orders up to a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout. Here’s what you need to know about shipping charges:

The total shipping charge for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.

While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. In some cases, we may restrict orders to specific pin codes that we cannot ship to due to logistical constraints. If your order falls into this category, you will be prompted to provide an alternate pin code.

Each order can be shipped to a single shipping address. If you need to ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders.

For customers with a history of poor delivery rates and high return rates, shipping fees may be charged irrespective of the order amount. These fees will be presented upfront during checkout.

  1. Tracking:

To keep you informed about your order’s progress, we provide a tracking URL for the courier service we use. You can track the delivery on your own as well.
