Refund and Return Policy

At Creativeya.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product or request a refund. Please take a moment to review our Return and Refund Policy to understand how we handle such situations.

Order Cancellation:

We make every effort to process all orders successfully. However, there are circumstances where we may have to cancel an order. This can happen due to limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product details, pricing, or stock information, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the refunded amount will be credited back to your card account.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will cancel the order and refund the entire amount (minus any transaction or banking charges, if applicable) if the order has not already been processed. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped, which can occur within an hour of order placement.

  1. Refunds:

We process refunds in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Here’s how refunds are handled based on the payment mode:

Online Payment: Refunds will be credited to your Card or Bank account.

Cash On Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued to your bank account or to your Creativeya store Credit as per your choice. To transfer funds you need to provide us with your bank account details and we will initiate the transfer within 48 hours of receiving the valid request.

Please note that refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account. In some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer to process the credit.

  1. Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees:

Any shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) fees associated with the order will not be refunded.

  1. Returns Policy:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

If a product you received is not in good condition, is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you will get a replacement/refund for it. You will not need to return the product but share the images of the received product which can prove that it was a defective item.

Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with. Contact our customer care if you discover damage after opening the package.

Additionally, we may cancel orders or refuse return requests for customers who have returned a high number of orders.

In cases of multiple product orders, please submit a single return request for all the products you want to return.

If we suspect any fraudulent activity by a customer, we may deny a refund or deduct fees for processing payments.

Please note that products that have been tampered with, opened, and/or used cannot be returned.

  1. Mode of Return:

To ensure a hassle-free experience and top-notch customer service, we offer fresh product for the defective product without any return or replacement once sufficient proof is received.
